YOUR STUDENT NAVIGATION GUIDE
Start here. Follow your track. Complete your courses.
Your portal is the starting point for the Ministerial License, Ministerial Ordination, and Leadership tracks. Work through the courses assigned to your approved track. You do not need to choose a separate Officiant, Minister, or Chaplain pathway.
Open the current student catalog (PDF) · Edition 2026–2027.4, revised October 30, 2026. Review registration, tuition, course requirements, and graduation coordination.
- Find your approved track below. Open the first available course. If you are new, begin with the orientation or track overview shown in your course list. Only programs approved for your account will appear.
- Open the course and select “Start Learning” or resume your lessons. Expand the course sections to see the readings, lessons, resources, assignments, and exams. Select a lesson title to open it.
- Read the assigned material online. Use “Read online” or “Read curriculum PDF online” to open the course reader. Use “Return to course” to leave the reader. Downloading and printing course materials are not permitted. Opening a document alone does not complete a lesson.
- Complete each learning activity. After studying a lesson, select “Mark as Complete” when that button is available, then use “Next” to continue. Follow each assignment or exam’s instructions and submit your written response in its assessment area.
- Check feedback and finish the course. Use “My coursework & feedback” to review your work. Complete any requested revisions. Select “Complete the Course” when the LMS makes it available; required activities and assessments may keep this button disabled.
- Return here for the next course. Follow the order shown in your track. A locked course names the course you must complete first. Continue until all courses required for your approved track are complete, then contact the school for its completion review.
Where do I submit work and find help?
Written assignments and exams: submit your response inside the assigned assessment. Supporting documents: if an assessment requests an attachment, choose that assessment in the Submission Center, upload the file, and reference its filename in your written response. Uploading a file alone does not submit the assessment or earn a grade.
Course questions: use the course Q&A for discussion with your class. Private help: use “Message your instructor” or My messages. Contact Admissions about enrollment or missing program access. Include the track, course, lesson, and the issue you are seeing; keep personal or confidential matters out of class discussions.
How do progress, locked courses, and completion work?
The percentage beside a course tracks your recorded LMS progress. Reading a PDF or clicking “Next” may not mark an activity complete. Check for an unfinished lesson, unsubmitted assessment, pending instructor review, or required revision if progress has stopped. If you have completed the stated prerequisite but the next course remains locked, contact your instructor.
Course completion and any license, ordination, leadership credential, or graduation approval are separate steps. Finish the required courses and assessments in your track; the school confirms the applicable completion and credential requirements. Completing coursework does not automatically confer a credential.
Returning student? Open your track below and resume your current course. You do not need to restart finished lessons.
